2. predict dialer ,when customer answer the call,he first hear one voice file , then he has option to allow it call back to company's office number or allow it call back to agents
3. agents can group to campaigns,calls will be distributed to agents by roundrobin,least calls, random ,etc.agents can transfer call to another agents,
agents is SIP,IAX,or Zap
4. it's multi-agents,multi-campaigns,and multi-callcenter,so it is ok if customers need it as hosted version
5. combined with a2billing,it support billing cost
