Opensips is a Sip Express Router software. It lets you route phone calls to different media servers. The solutions discussed in this tutorial uses a MySQL database to route phone calls based on rules loaded in a DB table.

Opensips is the example here, but Kamalio, another Sip Express Router software solution can be substituted with only a very few modifications.

The most important features of this solutions are:
1) Easily modified routes.
2) Fail over in case a route goes down.

China govement seems to make internet into LAN now, first facebook,twitter cannot surf which is 4 years ago,then google ,and for latest 1 month,I ind many websites go very slow ,and impossible to browse ,i.e twilio.com, freelancer.com, and many other websites . there is no doubt they will employ whitelist website policy,which means only websites on whitelists can be accessed from China.

so I have to setup proxy now

I need setup tunnel on putty config page
then config sock5 proxy on firefox
